About INIIT

The International Institute for Information Technology (INIIT) is an independent international membership organization specializing in R&D work and in the provision of consultancy education and training in key areas of information and communications technologies (ICTs) though two types of international partnership arrangements -- (FIPA)TM and (FRIP)TM

The four core areas of INIIT operations are:

  1. Research and Development (R&D)
  2. Consultancy in ICT Policy, Systems Development and Implementation
  3. Education, Training and the Provision of Seminars and Workshops in key subject areas of ICT's and
  4. Publication of Books, Monographs and Research Materials in key ICT
    subject areas

The Mission of INIIT

The mission of INIIT is to become a leading cutting-edge international R&D and educational organization providing quality services to its client-organizations, institutions and individuals through service-orientated partnership arrangements with its membership organizations, institutions and individuals without being constrained in any way by time differences, distance or language barriers.

Cornerstone Objectives

To achieve its mission, INIIT is guided by five goal-oriented objectives:

  • To provide through an international collaborative effort an environment for carrying out cutting-edge R&D work in key areas of information and communications technologies.
  • To provide high quality consultancy services focusing on: global, national and organizational ICT policy issues; ICT systems specification, analysis, and development and on the analysis of the impact of ICTs policies and systems within the organizational, national and global context.
  • To develop, source, provide, support, facilitate and make accessible high quality affordable advanced educational and training courses and programs in all areas of ICTs and allied subject areas to students, client-organizations and institutions world-wide.
  • To play a leading role in ICT-based human resource development initiatives to supplement and complement the education and training activities of academic institutions in key skill development area.
